Besides an excellent Mexican restaurant, the Fonda San Angel is a historic XVII Century building, and was one of the largest and most elegant homes of that time. Later on, it was transformed into a tramway station, offices..., until 1983, when it became
Fonda San Angel.

The Fonda serves the best typical and contemporary Mexican dishes, entries, soups, salads, chiles rellenos, meats, fish and desserts. And for dancers, there is an attractive “milonguero menu”.
